I remember being so scared that morning, waking up with my hair clinging to my face and back because of the sweat. I looked like one of the new recruits after being told that they'd be sent out to the front lines...which was true, I was supposed to be out in the front lines that day. If I failed, I'd die. It was as simple as that.

The light poured into the dark room through the large window facing the opposite direction of where her bed was and slowly reaching up to the sleeping figure that was curled up on her bed, her white sheets wrapped around her almost like a cocoon because of how much she had tossed and turned during the night, imagining all the possible cases of how the mission would turn and none of them seemed likely to work since chances seemed so slim for her.

Once the morning sun's light had made it's way up onto her face, the teal haired wyvern rider groaned quietly, rolling to her right side until she fell off her bed with a startled yelp before she came in contact with the cold stone floor that shocked her senses into waking up. Shivering lightly from the loss of her blanket she slowly got up, brushing herself off before she went to quickly wash off her body in the cold water, since she was up early she decided she'd leave the warm water for the others instead. Reaching the bathing room, wanting to avoid any awkward situations she checked to see if anyone was inside before she entered, preparing the water before going in. She bit her bottom lip to make sure she wouldn't wake anyone up with any noises caused by her discomfort since Theta hated the cold water, but it was the best way to keep her mind focused on the present instead of having her mind wander off before the attack. That spelled death for the most part, a distracted mind helped no one but the enemy.

Once she got used to the water, she sighed quietly and tilted her head back a little before she let herself go completely underwater for a few moments with her eyes closed. After a few moments she could hear someone passing by the bathing room, showing that other people would soon be up as well. Tensing up a few seconds later she quickly sat up and opened her eyes. Wanting to go and get some practice in, she got up and stepped out of the bath, getting rid of the bathwater she used she dried herself off and got her clothing on. Once that was done, she finger combed her hair then began to braid her hair and made her way towards the door. Poking her head out to see if anyone was out in the hallways since she didn't want to talk or have them see her so tense. She could see no one. Relaxing slightly she began to walk back towards her room.

Calming down when she shut the door behind her, she walked towards her desk, where she left her armor laying on the sturdy wood. Taking her time to put on her silver armor, she take a moment to look at the small blue flowers that were painted, gently placing her hand on the one on her breastplate she smiled sadly.
Celestine had painted these on her armor when after Theta had managed to get her wyvern partner after she had gained enough experience.

"It's because your armor is too plain and you need to be more famine, some of the male soldiers will start to forget you're a female with the way you act sometimes!" She said as Theta stood there, dumbstruck for a moment with what her friend had done before she regained herself and grumbled quietly.

"Somehow, I doubt that they'd think that. Besides flowers on armor look stupid. Everyone will make fun of me." She said, snatching her armor as Celestine only giggled, the sound of her laughter always seemed to brighten the room just a little more and was generally contagious...unless Theta was too upset with her, like she was during that time.

"You'll only fight with them like you usually do. It won't be anything new, besides, those flowers look nice on you."
And Celestine was right, the few flowers that managed to stay on her armor did look nice, each painted carefully by someone with a steady yet delicate hand. Please, watch over me during my fight.. Theta prayed quietly before grabbing her javelin and heading down to fetch her wyvern, Rosetta.

Entering the stables, she walked past the Pegasus that were still resting. Glaring slightly at her former mount, Narn, Theta was glad that she managed to change mounts since she did not miss all the times she fought with that feathered devil and she was sure Narn felt the exact same way with Theta.

Picking up the pace a little until she began to go past to where the wyverns were kept, Theta's eyes rested on her scarlet wyvern who was curled up, her tail covering her eyes in an attempt to keep the sun away from her eyes before it slowly moved away. Her emerald eyes staring into Theta's deep blue ones before the creature yawned and bowed it's head a little, smiling Theta picked up the pace to Rosetta and gently hugged the wyvern before letting go and gently petting her. "I'm sorry I woke you up, Rosetta." She said quietly before the wyvern made a quiet, almost whining noise as it nudged Theta, nearly knocking her over and making her giggle. "H-hey...!" She shook her head and smiled, getting back up and looking over at her wyvern she prepared her for riding. Mounting Rosetta, Theta clicked her tongue twice to tell wyvern to go. Holding on tight she felt her wyvern lurch forwards and began to run out faster the usual, as if it sensed something was wrong and needed to escape quickly.
Trying to keep herself from screaming Theta held on for dear life. "ROSETTA STOOOOP-!" Theta cried before the wyvern took off to the sky and calmed down. It wasn't strange to be scared a little from time to time by the wyvern to keep Theta alert, but judging from the mess left behind from Rosetta barrelling her way through the stables Theta would be in trouble. Groaning quietly, Theta hugged herself close to the wyvern. If I wasn't appointed on this mission, I'm pretty sure the king would've killed me.. She mentally whined before she sat up. "Rosetta you probably woke up the entire castle with all the ruckus you called.." She sighed as Rosetta seemed to be more content with this information. "I swear you'll be the end of me.." She mumbled before getting the feeling she was being followed. Gripping the reigns, Theta kept her gaze straight ahead before whistling quietly, starting higher pitched before going down. Taking the order, Rosetta dove down while Theta grabbed her javelin and looked behind her, seeing another red wyvern with a red haired rider sitting on it's back and following her.

Minerva.. Theta bit her lower lip as she was certain the red haired princess was coming to reprimand her for the lack of control on her wyvern...Again. Catching up to Theta and her wyvern rather quickly, Theta silently wished her wyvern would stop pulling things like that. "Theta." The Medon princess said firmly as Theta flinched. "Why my brother tolerates you, I don't know, but you're being an embarrassment to other wyvern riders. Control your wyvern." She said, practically growling as Theta kept her gaze low as the princess flew off. Having bitten her tongue to keep herself from talking during that time, she could taste the warm copper taste of her blood from having bitten down on her tongue too hard. "Also, head back to the castle, Marth's army is approaching and you're needed." Was the last thing she said before flying off, leaving a pale faced Theta in her wake. Feeling light headed, she now wished she didn't skip break feast...
Well, time to see if I'm a failure or not.. She said to herself before she began to fly off to where the rest of the Medon army was waiting for her. "Time to show them what I'm made of." She said firmly to herself, trying to bring her spirits up.

Theta had failed to notice the figure garbed in a black cloak emerging from the stables where Theta and Rosetta had left, throwing off the cloak was a female a little older then the teal haired wyvern rider herself. Her short, straight brown hair was slightly messy from the hood she had to keep herself hidden well in the shadows. Clutched in her hand was a small silver dagger that had old intricate carvings at the hilt of the small blade. Gritting her teeth she glared at the high flying wyvern. "If it weren't for your precious friend, I would've spilled your blood by now." She hissed before turning to leave. "Next time, I'll get you...for Medeus." She said, turning to leave as quickly as she had came.

... I want your writing skills XD. You should actually do some plot writeing for Sacred warriors XD, I mean I write the script, but so far I only have 4 episodes fully planed, so until I get planes for episodes 5-13 (the rest of season 1) I am at a gap XD so... IDK.
